The Banqueting House - Whitehall Palace

You recently supplied this department with a team of men to remove furniture from Admiralty House to Downing Street. It is with great pleasure that I am able to tell you that the Prime Minister is most impressed with the quiet and efficient way in which they worked . I was present myself to supervise the unloading and installation and can confirm that they were a very willing and able team. My only regret is that they left before I was able to thank them personally and I would therefore be grateful if you could pass on my thanks for a job well done.

I would be grateful if you could pass on my gratitude to your staff who remained cheerful and professional, last week, while faced with moving a problematic data cabinet. They eventually managed to squeeze the unit into the lift with barely a millimeter to spare without damaging the lift interior or any of the surrounding wall coverings. It was very much apreciated.On a more general note, I have always been impressed with the attitude and capability of Universal staff, who have been prepared to help out even with the smallest of tasks, as well as quickly and efficiently completing larger removals.

Following the recent floor move of the power tool division, on behalf of Robert Bosch F/M Department and all associated with the move, we would like to thank Universal for the splendid work achieved under difficult circumstances. Your staff worked extremely hard with a consolidated effort to ensure the SPT business was up and running following the August Bank Holiday. With reference to our telephone conversation regarding the successful moving of part of our library to the British Museum Round Reading Room . I am happy to say that the move went well and was one day ahead of schedule in spite of the hurdles we had to jump. The workmen from your company worked well with our staff and as a result, we had very few problems.
